When will paid tiers launch?
Once we exit beta. Tier shape and final pricing depend on the TikTok Content Posting API review timeline; Helm publishes to TikTok and the developer app is still in audit. We will not ship numbered tiers we expect to revise inside 30 days. When the audit clears and the founder cap fills, tiers go live.
What happens to my free access if I sign up now?
If you are inside the first 30 founders, free access during beta is the promise: until we hit the 30-founder mark and paid tiers launch, your account stays on the founder plan at $0 per month.
Is there a credit card required?
No card. Signup takes about 30 seconds: name, email, password, confirm the email link. You can be inside the product reading your first brand bible before you would have finished pulling out a card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time, export everything in one click (drafts, calendar, brand bible, research, decision log, as JSON or markdown), leave with what you brought. No lock-in, no exit fees, no "we own your account" clauses.
