Helm stores the minimum needed to run your marketing workspace: the email you signed up with, the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and other channels you connected, and the drafts you wrote inside the app.
You can ask us to delete all of it at any time. Send an email to alex@trythelm.com from the address you signed up with and write “delete my data” in the subject line.
We process every request within 7 days. Once your data is removed we send a confirmation reply to the same email.
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account through Helm, the deletion also revokes our access tokens for those integrations. You can also revoke Helm directly from your Facebook Business Settings at any time.
